How to knit the K1 uls.Pattern
Take the right-hand needle under the slipped thread, then pick up the next st on the left-hand needle and knit this st and the slipped thread together.
Cast on a multiple of 6 sts.
Round 1: *K1, SL5 wyif; rep from * to end.
Rounds 2, 4, and 8: Knit.
Round 3: K3, *K1 uls, K5; rep from * to last 3 sts, K1 uls, K2.
Round 5: K3, *K1, SL5 wyif; rep from * to last 3 sts, K1, SL2 wyif.
Round 6: SL3 wyif, knit to end of round.
Round 7: *K1 uls, K5; rep from * to end.
Rep Rounds 1 - 8.
